Today I brought to market a large (1825 sq.ft.) pristine, 4BR/2BA condo with a 2-car garage in Novato, CA listed for $339,000. This is situated in a very nice complex with a pool where the homes are more like attached single family homes than typical condos. This one was purchased near or at the top of the market in 2007 for $600,000. Unfortunately for the seller, the timing of his purchase couldn't have been worse. On the flipside, the buyer who will purchase this home will likely do so at what feels like the bottom, or close to bottom, of the current market cycle.
