It's summertime, it's grillin' wheather, and Father's Day is Sunday. Let's make Dad a Steak kabob dish he'll love! It will be tasty, easy, fun, and maybe it will bring the whole family together!
You Will Need:
1/2 cup Veg. oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worschestire sauce
a touch of garlic powder to whip up in the mix
2 medium onions, cut into wedges
1 red pepper, cut into 1 in. pieces
1 green pepper, cut into 1 in. pieces
Whole Mushrooms
1 yellow summer squash, cut into 1/2 in. pieces (or zucchini if you prefer)
for and extra special treat you can add shrimp to the skewers as well
Some hot cooked rice on the side and some grilled shrimp
Directions:
In large resealable bag, combine oil, soy sauce, worschestire sauce, garlic, and add the steak. Leave in sealed bag for a few hours, and flip to marinade.
thread your steak and vegetables in the order of your choice, grill, uncovered, over med. heat for 12-15 minutes, or until your steak is done at your desiredness.
And don't forget to serve with Dad's favorite Beer!
