Sonya has helped me to build strength, muscle and more definition in my arms.  When I was trying new clothes, I saw that my body was more defined and shapely.  I also lost inches.  Sonya provided the fundamentals of exercise and details of the anatomy and movement.  I was taught to be patient with my exercise journey.  I learned breathing techniques and proper form.  I have never had th specialized exercise training which is great.  Thank you!

I have rediscovered my core and muscles I didn't know I had! A good intense low impact workout focusing on core strength and posture training. Friendly and open atmosphere where a science lesson is incorporated in your workout. Just the right amount of workout time to maintain your goal at a good vacation.

Working out with Sonya has been great! Getting up at 4:30am has not been easy, but the results are worth the lack of sleep. Whether it is Pilates, Yoga, or good old cardio Sonya knows what she is doing. She gives lots of great advice and tips on how to succeed. I have enjoyed my time at Boot Camp and will miss the classes.

Boot Camp has been very invigorating.  I have better posture: I am more aware of trying to keep a goos posture.  I have more energy during the day.  Also, I have felt muscles toning around my midsection, and my legs are a lot stronger.
I think everyone should have at least one session in their lifetime. Sonya is energetic, capable and made the workouts fun –you forget the pain.
