Broward pending sales rise 14 percent

South Florida Real Estate Inventory May 2012

The total number of single-family and condominium listings that pended in Broward County last month rose 14 percent compared to the same period in 2011, according to a report from the Miami Association of Realtors. Total cumulative pending home sales were up 13 percent, with a total of 9,618 pended transactions.
