Actually, Dave, the ¿ is used in Spanish at the beginning of a question, followed by the ? at the end of the question!
Here's a couple more: ALT + 13 = ♪ ALT + 14 =♫ ALT+26= →
And for the word resumé, ALT + 130 = é
