Run for Dreams 2012 at Armco Park June 23rd
Calling all runners, walkers, strollers, toddlers....come one, come all to benefit "Dreams Within Reach" supporting the Warren Country Board of Developmental Disabilities! You can even add to your run T-shirt collection if you'd like!
They're hosting a 5K Run/Walk Saturday June 23rd at 9 a.m. from Shelter 33 at Armco Park (off SR741 in Turtlecreek Township, located north of SR63 and south of SR122). The 3.1 mile course isn't overly challenging, mostly flat with some rolling hills, and you're going to get the scenic route through this HUGE Warren County park!
Awards to top male and female runners and walkers and age group awards in each run/walk division. And there are a LOT of age divisions: 11 for the run and 5 for the walk.
They've even got some children's events after the 5K with a Dreams Dash for crawlers and walkers!
Post race: music, refreshments and award ceremonies, and even some door prizes!
Cost: $15 without T-shirt, $25 with T-shirt if you register online at www.RunningTime.net.
If you wait until race day, $20 and T-shirts for $10 while supplies last.
Registration/Number pick up starts at 7:30 a.m.
