The Whistler real estate market has had some new offerings in the past 3 days. We continue to see homes sell that are priced according to this market and overall we are matching home sales from 2011. Lot's of inventory, a lower price point equals a market that continues to favour Buyers at this time.

331 Market Place lodge is a great unit overlooking the Olympic plaza. This is a 2 bathroom, 1 bedroom + den offers a good location, well run strata, in suite laundry. Current list price of $325,000

25 Wintergreen is a well finished, bright 2.5 bed townhome on the Benchlands. While current pricing seems somewhat idealist, there is no HST which I like. With reasonable negotiation and time on the market, I feel this will sell for a fairer market price.

204 Snowbird is a large 4 bedroom townhome on the Benchlands and had reduced to $680,000.

E204 Tamarisk Court Ordered sale. This has potential to be a good purchase if you there are o other offers entered. 1 bedroom, 1 bath 685 sf unit currently listed at $229k.

8432 Matterhorn Drive in Alpine Meadows. For those looking in this price range and are still deciding reno-ing a home verse a new build, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Excellent view lot, and plans have been created. Vision Pacific build with the opportunity to customize to suite your own tastes.

Finally a new listing of mine in Forest Trails, Benchlands (Blackcomb). 2 bedroom 2 bath bright end unit with amazing views. Very quiet, low strata fees and comes with a private 1 car garage.
