Very interesting blog. Our Colorado market is in the dumps but there are ample deals to be had. Looks like a "true" buyers market in the Vegas condos arena.

Looks like some good deals are available...if you are a buyer my research shows that these properities could not be duplicated at these prices today..when the market turns the buyers waiting on the sidelines will have to pay more.
