October Sales Data:

Number of sales during this period: 42
Average Sales Price: $182,314
Percentage of Asking Price Obtained: 97.5%
The Average Time on the Market: 88 days

 

Unlike Chatham County, the sales data in Effingham County seems pretty consistent. The number of sales increased along with the percentage of asking price obtained.
