According to my iPhone

Sacramento is going to be Hot!

Sure the real estate market is picking up, home inventories are down, sales have increased, and homes are finally starting to move. Things are getting hot in the Sacramento Real Estate Market.

The weather is getting hot also, just look at today’s forecast!

That is HOT for sure! We will be seeing the mid 80's today, which is a bit mild for Orlando in June.

Stay cool and enjoy your weekend!

it is getting hot early there ... we have not yet hit the 100 mark in the LA area this year but it sure is starting to feel like it

Holy-Break-out-the-ice-cubes-Batman Tom! I hope you're not doing any jobs that involve crawling in cramped spaces today! That would be awful...

My iphone is not giving Stockton much less hot than Sacramento!  What can we do but stay close to the water, ice, shade and use them all!

Tom, we are not getting that warm, but they are also calling for humidity, so we gave in and turned are a/c on for the first time this year

Maybe the Real Estate market is having an effect on the weather Tom.  Perhaps the heat in the market is making the temperature rise.  Didn't it just snow a week or two ago in the mountains?

The humidity is the deal breaker Chris, luckily the humidity in Sacramento is usually low.

It did snow recently, and the market has changed Doug. Hope it stays hot for a while!  :)
