Danville's inventory of homes, both attached and detached, remained tight at the end of May. Lack of inventory of homes for sale is a common theme in the 680 Corridor real estate market right now. Last year there was 151 single family homes for sale versus 68 at the end of May 2012. Home sales for the current month were 74 compared with 60 last year.
