Catonsville is lucky to have a locally owned and run yoga studio!  About a year ago, Rollingbrook Yoga opened in a sweet little building on Edmondson.  Owners Alicia Flynn and Vikki Banister started this business in their home studios until this ideal location opened up for them.

One of the things I love about this yoga studio is they welcome both adults and kids to practice!  They offer classes for all levels of adults as well as classes for kids which introduce them to the strength and concentration that yoga brings.

Classes are scheduled in 2 month sessions so check out their extremely informative website for details.  The studio is easily accessible from Catonsville, Ellicott City and the surrounding areas.  A number of Catonsville residents walk to the studio as there are hundreds of homes within a one mile radius.

Rollingbrook Yoga is situated near part of the Trolley Trail as well some great local Catonsville business like Opie's Ice Cream, Scittino's Italian Deli and Cafe di Roma coffee shop.
