Overrated and Underrated. June 17, 2012

Overrated - Tony Romo. Dallas Cowboy quarterback and ex-Jessica Simpson girlfriend. He's decent when he's playing garbage teams but when it comes to the big game, he's out getting his nail done.

Underrated - Sloppy Joe's. Made with turkey, of course, since I gave up red meat. They're easy to make, great as leftovers and just plain tasty.

Eric- I've not given up red meat totally but eat much less of it.  I use turkey sausages but haven't tried turkey sloppy joe's...yet.  I guess the jury's still out on Romo.

Eric - funny! I don't know the Dallas guy nor did I know they had been dating. As for the Sloppy Joes did you know the 'formal' name for them is Untidy Joseph's......yup it is LOL!!

I agree with the Tony Romo part up until last year.  He played great against good and bad teams, the rest of his team stunk, especially their defense.  THIS IS THE YEAR OF THE COWBOYS BABY!!  Dallas what??? 

Sloppy joes sound GOOD!  I'm down with that.

Just had a chance to catch-up on some reading ... and got to tell you, I'm agreeing on the sloppy joes.  ANYthing calling itself sloppy joe is fine by me.  I totally agree on Tony Romo too ... and being a Bears fan, you can add Jay Cutler to the mix too.  I don't get it .. and don't see the genius in either of them.  New year coming.  Maybe they'll show me the light ...
