Ready, Set, Go...

Well its been a wonderful Sunday and Fathers Day and now I am getting prepared for what is going to be an incredibly busy week. This week is, for all intent and purpose, end of month for refinances. Anyone looking to take advantage of these historic low rates are looking to close their loan this week so they fund before months end.

While our numbers wont be what I want (a little secret is they NEVER are lol) but on top of all our appointments, marketing and new calls we have to schedule a ton more closings for this week alone. With all the coordination on timing and keeping everything flowing as smooth as possible this week is always a killer for me personally.

Anyway nothing to really complain about business is good and the extra work just comes with the territory when you have the lowest rates in history. So to all my fellow rainers enjoy your Sunday and whats left of Fathers Day and I hope you are all as busy and productive as I this week...
