The Phil Leng Team - Patti Leng

Patti Leng does the bookkeeping, keeps the accounting, pays the bills. She does payroll for the staff, and keeps everything straight and on target.

She also has become our accountability person, collecting the daily sheets of our previous day’s activities. That way we can keep track of activity, calls made, productivity, conversion of leads to actual contracts and listings, and ultimately, each team members success.

Patti is a very kind person, but she is also very organized, and very no nonsense. Don’t try giving excuses. Patti isn’t buying them!!
