Soaring Above it All

There are many World Class Resorts around the Globe and so many are beautiful beach settings and turn out to be huge tourist destinations and once they are their promoters stand to make millions if no billions of dollars catering to the traveling public and wealthy tourists. This is why the Branding of a Beach and Tourist Destination is such a serious business. Whether it is Sunny California or Florida or the Eastern Sea Board or North West, Beaches and the Ocean attract tourists and that is very good for local economies and Real Estate Values.

Some of the greatest marketers in the World are often tapped to insure that these locations are branded as the hottest destinations. Writers, buzz marketers, public relations specialists and the whose-who of the rich and famous are often enticed to come and are wined and dined and photographed on such beaches and resorts. The Travel Business depends on such locations to strike the fancy of travelers for vacations, get-aways and must see destinations.

Tropical Paradise

The Branding of a Beach and Tourist Destination includes telling of the exemplary services, food, accommodations, beautiful and breathtaking scenery as well as the love, excitement and human emotion, which can only be experienced in this spot. Until you have been here you have not experienced the greatest joys of life and that is the motif they must portray to be branded by the world elite traveler for top bidding.

All real estate professionals in such areas should include such positive comments and pictures in their marketing material and make sure that these marketing pieces are in sync with the local area chamber of commerce, tourist board and economic development district - think on this.

Lance,

My market it beautiful with Redwood National Forest at our back, the Pacific Ocean at our front, the gorgeous Smith River on the right and Salmon filled Klamath River on our left.  There's so much here and yet, most people in the state of California have never heard of little 'ole Del Norte County.  I'm trying to get the word out with my blog how great a place we are and what a fabulous place to retire.  No smog, no traffic, mild climate.  Your post has inspired my to give more thought on how to do this in 2008, make a plan and go for it.

Keep up the great job,

Fran,

I love your area very much, this summer we drove the motorcoach from Grants Pass, I cannot believe how beautiful it is. I was kind of upset as the after we ate by the warf area, the Wal-Mart said "No Overnight Parking" so we left and went down the road a bit. I enjoyed your town and bought some bicycle gear from the bike shop. You know everyone is very nice there, the people at the Big Hardware store were very nice and I met a nice lady who does the remodeling business there. I bet you know her the town is not that large. My uncle takes handicap kids river rafting near you, it is beautiful, and yes no smog and no traffic, Lance
