OH COME ON PEOPLE . . . this is a great house and cheaper then rent!! FHA 3.5% down, 4% Interest @$800/month for a THREE BEDROOM HOUSE IS GREAT CONDITION. Is this home was in my area at this price it would have been gone by now. WOW!! San Antonio has great residential pricing on homes for sale.
