Heads Up, Another RENTAL Scam Alert!
On Friday I posted a listing for a rental on Craigslist and Trulia and again on AR yesterday. Fortunately I signed a lease with a client yesterday but immediately afterwards I received this response. Her response came in as a lead referral from another blogging platform.
She was inquiring about the rental and when I replied that I had already leased the property but would be happy to help her find something this was the response I recieved. There's so many scams out there nowadays and they can hit you in so many ways. I'm sure we've all received these same desparate messages via email but recieveing one like this through a rental ad is a first for me. Please feel free to pass this along.
