5 Comments on What Happens When a HOME is ABANDONED? Part II
I missed the debate from last week. Curious as to what the debate was about.
Bill basically who is to blame for foreclosure crisis. It was unique in that comments were emailed instead of posted for all to see. The purpose of my blog is to let home owners know they have a choice other than just abandoning their homes.
Scott -- you show what happens when they are abandoned -- and give the owners some options. That is why you are succeeding in your market.
Those are some nasty places Scott, riding the dirt bike in the house is a great indicator of the lack of pride of ownership folks have when they decide to abandon their home.
Hi Scott,
I'm a newer real estate agent in the Washington DC metro area and I've come across more than a few abandoned homes and since it seems like you have a handle on the subject, I was wondering if you had any tips on how a realtor can list an abandoned home for sale?
Thanks
