Hi Mike:  That is quite long and not way too appealing.  Maybe when it's finished it'll be a little bit more attractive.  I like the leafblower idea, that's my husband's idea of cleaning:)

Mike - that is bizarre.  Plain and simple.  Makes you wonder who came up with that plan and why.  I'll be following this one to see what it evolves into.

It looks like all it needs are wheels and "WalMart" written on the side and it would be ready to go!

Mike:  Maybe they want a home that they can finally MOVE from city to city!  I have Sellers who wish that they could take their current home to the new area and this 'style' could be the answer to their dilemma!!!  Hilarious!

WHat will they think of next? As a lender, I am not sure that they will be able to comp that for an appraisal. Maybe it can be turned into a great poker palace for a bunch of poker player.

Did you happen to see the house in Toronto for sale that was only 7.5' wide? Wasnt that deep either it was sandwich between two buildings. Amazing.

Unbelievable.  Yelp, the leaf blower cleaning is the only good thing I can see about this house.  Marketing adjectives...."unique, one of a kind"  certainly will apply.

I suppose the buyer could always go with a train theme.  I'm not sure what's more bizarre; 170' long or 9' wide.  Being built on spec makes ya wonder too.  Perhaps the finished product will be an architectural masterpiece.  Hey, anything is possible, right?

Mike:  How much under $300 ... that's the ugliest home I've ever seen.   Tell the agent to give away a free pair of roller skates with this.

I wonder if this is an architect's dream or just a builder with an itch under his cap? Please keep us posted. It could be really  cool or a real disaster.

The list price was $270,000.  The lot is about fifteen feet wider than the house.  The house takes up every buildable square inch on the lot.
