David Weekley Homes sounds like a good home builder . Home inspections as the home is being built is very wise. Going a step above the rest is not over looked and always pays off.

Home buyers are fortunate to work with a builder that maintains very high standards.

I'm very fond of Willow trees and white daisies. There is something so pure about the colors green and white in nature! There are sometimes little issues while homes are being built, that a home inspection can discover and have remedied before they are covered up with drywall, or other materials. Also, I had a home inspector to suggest an addition of outlets in one home that proved to be really wonderful asset to the buyer. It would likely have been more difficult to have had them installed later, rather than during the building process.

It sure makes your job so much easier when you work for a great builder. It truly keeps your satisfied buyers as clients and if they every sale or move, you should be the agent of choice. cheers cvc

I have been to the DW class where they talk about construction and the inspection process on each home is serious business and not some we do it nonsense some of the other builders say that do when in reality they don't do much if anyhing at all. I look forward to your series of articles about inspections at DW.
