I am getting numerous inquiries about what is happening with the real estate market of late. In Denver, things are definitely getting better and continuing to head in the up direction.
However, people often ask "why"? That is a really good question! Things across the board seem to be easing the stress on Denver homebuyers. The CPI is relatively stable, the price of oil is down to $81 a barrel and the interest rates on mortgages are down slightly this week.
