It's been a struggle...
It's been one thing after another since January. We would clear up one issue and another one would crop up. My buyer client was so frustrated and distressed...month after month after month.

That is a great shot. Thanks for the reminder about what a huge impact a home of one's own can make on his life. I'm so happy for these folks.
