Another HomeRome Listing Sold and Settled in Carroll County.

It was a happy and smooth closing today with Sandra Serrao of Long & Foster, the lucky new family along with my special seller.

A settlement could be boring for a little girl but she, along with her Winnie the Pooh, used the iPad Zoodle app for an amazingly long time.

Hi Margaret, With the new app for the iPad, you provided renewable entertainment. One could even go as far to say the iPad is turning GREEN and should get a tax credit for saving children from wasting papaer and crayons, :-) Congratulations on another family that you will add to your wonderful collection of past clients and friends. The fact that it might have been your listing is of no consequence, the Buyers will be remembering you when it comes time to sell. I pick up a look of clients from other agents who represnted them as Buyers for my listings. They know what I do and how it pays the Seller to use me as their listing agent ( just like you). Some chase the deal but we chase relationships.
