Nellie Lytvinenko lives on the other side of the Great State of North Carolina from me. I'm in the mountains and she's near the Research Triangle. She was voted best REALTOR in Cary, NC for three years running 2009,2010,2011. Don't you know her clients are very fortunate.

One of my favorite things about Nellie is the music she shares. I'd never heard of Michael Franti before but I'll be YouTubing him regularly now. Take a listen, this is so upbeat and happy. Listening to it yesterday morning got me through a very long real estate Monday.

Have a great day and don't forget to let Nellie know you loved the tune.

Today is so glorious! Perfect weather in Raleigh NC ! I'm working hard on this computer on my porch. Listening to all the baby birds peeping for food! Watching my cat chase lizzards (she just got one)! and listening to the black lab snore next to me.

Great day to listen to some happy music from Michael Franti - this one is one of my favorites. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks Mona for the re post! Michael Franti is pretty politically inclined and not all his music is uplifting, but to the point.
