I decided to jump on AR this morning and find a couple things I could do in between my lunch meeting and my 3:00 meeting this afternoon.  I figured with 13,000 members I could grab some good ideas to work on during my "creative" time today.

Romance Your Clients .... Sending Email Notes was a great reminder that I need to be emailing my clients and network weekly at least with "things I thought you'd be interested in" Sent out 125. Wow that felt good.

The Value of Vacation reminded me that during staff meeting I got sidetracked and didn't nail down new policies with my staff on vacations scheduling for the year.  Got to post those new policies to our internal blog today. Posted and already had comments on "exclusions" to policy.

Getting ready for work ... Training for new agents was a good nudge ... I need to write up a couple full purchase agreements with my newest new home salesman.  He'll sell his first home this weekend and I haven't really spent the time with him I should have. Did it, and then better yet, got to help him write a new one, his first real purchase agreement. 

Improving my Web Presence was the biggige for the day.  Thanks.  I really need to spend some time on our site Synergy Homes and our New Real Estate Blog Synergy Thoughts.  They don't search high and they aren't really being updated enough to be effective tools.
