Reasons For Lack In Life

We all deep down want to live a full, happy life.  We all have experienced lack in our lives whether it be in finances, relationships, peace (doubt and worries all the time), or health.

I am someone who believes you can have a full, happy, healthy life.  You can have good loving relationships and financial peace and prosperity all together.  At this point this ideal might seem far off, but I feel its available to all.

Lack in our lives now is not a bad thing.  What we need to do is identify why we might have that lack in certain areas of life and work on rising HIGHER to new levels of wisdom and understanding.  Sometimes things happen that seem BAD to open our eyes to the potential GOOD that we want.  Its an opportunity lost if we don't see that ALL THINGS CAN WORK TOGETHER FOR OUR GOOD.

I take this from Paula White's book Principles for Possessing Your Promise:

So, why is there lack in your life?  The problem is not on the giving end, or God's end. Therefore, it must be on the receiving end, or your end.  And lack is not just about being short of money.  Lack can be experienced in many ways.  Lack is a place of depletion, a place where fullness does not flow in our life.

You may lack joy, peace in your relationships or peace with yourself, wisdom, strength, or money. You may lack the power to overcome fear and doubt.  You may lack the spiritual intimacy with Jesus that can daily restore your soul.  You may lack spiritual strength to guard your hear from the enemy's  distractions...

We live in a world of distractions.  We need to come to a point of awareness of why there is lack and what you can do about it, starting within yourself.  You can change others or force your will on them. You may be able to pray for them, bless them, lead by example for them, but you need to first get yourself in order.  Almost all lack starts with the person lacking.
