I always tell my clients that by looking at the way upkeep was done on the house can make you feel comfortable or uncomfortable about what might lie in the systems etc.

When preparing to sell a Phoenix Area Home there is one thing many home sellers forget to do. What's that you say? I did everything my agent told me to do including de-cluttering and putting stuff in storage. The house looks so bare and hardly lived-in anymore What more could I possibly do?
LOOK UP!
Look at the light fixtures, ceiling fans, tops of cabinets, shelves, pictures, AC vents etc. Are they sparkling clean or so full of dust it looks like they haven't been cleaned in years? Some Phoenix home sellers don't think buyers will notice these dirty items.

The other day we toured a home that looked so nice from the outside. The buyers were very excited about the possibility that this home could be the 'one'. At first all looked good but once the buyers saw the master bath room - and looked up - they were taken back. The light fixtures were layered with dust and dirt and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
And do you know what these home buyers said to me? "The house looks good at first but when we take a deeper look sure they cleaned the house - BUT -it is filthy when we look up. And that says to us what more will we find underneath? They really didn't take good care of this home.
Seriously how much does it cost to clean your Phoenix home from top to bottom? Not much. Get out that step ladder and get busy cleaning! And if you can't do it yourself hire somebody to do it for you. Did you know that a squeaky clean home can boost your profit line up? If you didn't, you do now!
