May I ask a favour of each of you who reads my blog . . .

I have a friend who runs a fantastic Cafe called The Borrowed Earth.

Located in downtown Downers Grove, 1/2 block from the Tivoli Theater and directly across from the Main Street Downers Grove Metra Train Station.

They are trying to win a $250K grant to make a movie about their mission and need only 70 more votes in the next eleven days!!!

Liz - I think you have to scroll down to the bottom after you insert the cafe name, etc. You have to scroll down to the bottom and hit VOTE! (they could have simplified this I think!!!)

I would love for you to try it again, please.

Thanks Shar! Borrowed Earth Café will make a film telling the story of an eatery that serves vegan, organic, uncooked food to people from all walks of life. They want to teach people how to take the food from seed to the table and each step along the way. Showing how to prepare a weeks menu at a time and not have to ever depend on prepackaged foods. They want to help people with nutritional advice as well.
