non paying squirrel

When we look out our back windows we frequently see native wildlife.

This young squirrel spends a lot of time luxuriating in this feeder.

It is difficult to keep seeds in the feeder due to animals passing thru it on their way to a more substantial one within jumping distance.

During a gentle rain today the squirrel spent most of the morning swinging gently.  Protected from the rain and within easy reach of sunflower seeds,  this squirrel habitat is no doubt a highly desire able place to stay.

My favorite places to stay involve the simple pleasures.  We do have to make mortgage payments on our favorite places.  Since the feeder is in the yard of the place we maintain, it comes free to the borders who have begun to call it home.

Bonuses come in various shapes and sizes.

I once had a bird house in my back yard...

The squirrels were eating all the food.
