I am certain that Arizona is not the only place where many homeowner's are underwater on their home. Seemingly, if we bought at the height of the market, our homes may never be worth as much as we currently owe, unless we put sizable down payments on the purchase. I worry about the homeowner's that don't know they have options. Many have chosen to let their homes go to foreclosure, because they didn't know that other options are available.
I am seeking some feedback from other Realtors, Lenders, etc on ActiveRain with regard to what you are experiencing in other states and how the options are being utilized to help homeowners?
