I still remember a few years ago when no other agents were willing to touch a Short Sale because they were too difficult and time consuming, now I hear agents on the phone telling potential sellers that they are Short Sale Specialists, I know of one agent in particular who has been in the business less than 6 months, hasn't closed a single transaction yet, but has a property on the market right now trying to sell it as a Short Sale, I know of another agent who has closed 0 for 5 of his Short Sales and is now representing a seller for his 6th Short Sale...
