Do you have much luck with a virtual assistant?  I have been giving it some thought and looking for feedback from people who have one.

Real Estate Virtual Assistant -Marketing Assistant

Hi Gary, well to answer your question, I AM a Virtual Assistant.  I personally specialize in internet marketing (web sites, SEO, logos, etc.), but as you will come to find out Virtual Assistants usually niche in a specific area such as transaction management, lead management, marketing or general admin duties.

A lot of agents use Virtual Assistants.  That is why we created the organization IREAA (http://www.ireaa.com/) for agents looking to find a VA to help them in their business.  Feel free to use our RFP system, at no charge to begin talking with a Virtual Assistant and to see if a VA is right for you.

Additionally if you use products such as Rainmaker, Single Property Sites or Point2Agent, you will see that they have developed a page listing of Virtual Assistants who have completed training on their products.   We are also recommended by, work with and provide training for companies such as Agency Logic, Real Pro Systems, Visual Tour and so many more.

I encourage you to find a VA through IREAA and try it out.  VAs are keeping agents focused on money generating activities while handling their admin and marketing needs behind the scenes.
