K1339- VA Financing Addendum ( 07/12)

K1340- FHA Financing Addendum ( 07/12)

K1351- Short Sale Addendum to Contract (07/12)

W. VA Jurisdictional Addendum

Following Forms Added:

K1361- Disclosure of Dual Agency- Residential (07/12)

K1362- Disclosure of Designated Agency ( 07/12)

Delete Form:

DCDE-District of Clombia Dept of Environment is now requiring " new" lead based paint disclosure. This new form provides an opportunity for owners to certify that they have no direct or first hand knowledge of lead base paint.
