It is my opinion that there are more buyers starting to look at condos;but the prices are still declining. Now that the summer months and hot weather is upon us it is extremly important to have the A/C on. I tell all my sellers to be sure to have the Air conditioning on especially in vacant properties. If buyers are looking at a property in hot weather and it is cooler outside then it is in the condo they will walk right out .Keep your unit on at 76 degrees on a vacant unit .Make it comfortable if you want to sell.Buyers are out there !Rates are at an all time low ! It is a great time to Buy!
