We just can't blog about everything

I promised myself to write a blog every day on Activerain this month, and didn't realize how hard it was. The problem? There are LOTS of things happening in my real estate world, but I CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT for various reasons.

1. Client confidentiality involved.

2. New business that is still evolving/solidifying.

3. Marketing plans - again evolving and not ready to divulge.

4. Business model changing - again too early to talk about.

I can't be the only one in the real estate profession that is in this spot. In this economy, we need to reinvent ourselves constantly to keep up with:

1. Technology

2. Education

3. Trends in our profession

4. Out-of-the-box reinvention of our business.

Because if we don't, we are stagnant. Letting the cat out of the bag, is not good business.

So I leave you with this photo I took today of this beautiful Bird of Paradise.

Hella, nice picture to end the topic of what NOT to blog about. I like the idea of blog-a-day, and I have done that in past - for some reason, not getting the same rhythm.

Praful: We just have to step back and evaluate what we should or should not let out into the blogosphere.

I was going to do the same: blog a day, but i'm so tired by the end of the day that i usually just open AR and check few blog posts:)

Inna: I have actually allotted time to AR in the late afternoon when I've done pretty much everything I need to do. This is my way of getting a second wind.

Tom: Thank you. And I already found another one for my next blog. So I guess my theme for awhile will be those bright spots that are right around me.

Linda: That is one over-the-top flower, isn't it? And it lasts for a long time, unless many tropical flowers.
