What Do Komodo Dragons and Henry Ford Have in Common? Dream Big
Well, to be honest not an awful lot, I researched for hours (okay, it was maybe minutes) and couldn’t find one reference to the famous Mr. F and the lizard population. But let's see what we can find.....
Here in Florida, our lizards are not very big; maybe 5-6 inches. I have seen bigger ones around about 8 inches long and heavier in the body than our little green Anoles but I'm not sure what they are called.
I think this little guy watching me through my window was wishing and hoping to turn into the Komodo Dragon that I saw at Animal Kingdom in Disney World Orlando.
Komodos can reach 10ft in length and weigh in at 300 pounds or more. That's a serious Biggest Loser Contender but I'm not telling him. Komodos have poor eyesight and hearing but a serious sense of smell: so stay upwind if you encounter one in the neighborhood.
Never ever forget to dream big. You may not reach monster size but the bigger you dream-the closer you get to your goals.
Segue back to Henry Ford: As Henry said, If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.
