12 Comments on Thinking of Getting a New Pet? Try Critter Cabana in Wilsonville
"Critter Cabana"....? What a cute name for a pet store! Glad to hear the staff offers care tips and support, instead of just pushing pets out the door!
How interesting! A pet for the day! I bet teachers take full advantage of that!
Wow Mary they offer a lot of interesting things - very different than any other pet store I know about. Very cool. Nice shout out to the CRTITER CABANA!
You are definitely the Wilsonville expert. . . i looked over all your posts and it's very clear - you know Willsonville. What great posts!
Mary~love the birthday parties idea, how inventive! I used to volunteer at the Children's Zoo in Portland. They don't have it anymore. I even did a video (long long ago) called A Day with a Zoo Volunteer. We had pigmy goats, ferrets, opposums (their fur is extremely soft and they have hands that feel like HANDS) snakes, gosh I think that was it. At the same time that I did that I used to do pet therapy at the Humane Society.
I ended up with my wonderful Golden mix, Butterscotch who lived to be almost 15.
Good for you for spotlighting this. You ought to add Pet Project in your groups..I would feature it, but I don't know how!
Good Morning Mary, What a great place to do business with, love all the programs. Have a great day!
Sharon, I really like the name as well. They do not seem to be just pushing pets out of the door, they take an active interest in all of it making you feel comfortable.
Sussie, I too thought what an interesting thing for Teachers to do especially for the younger set. Lots of times young children do not have an opportunity to get involved with animals on a one on one basis.
Anna thank you. I had not seen a pet store so interactive and think it is a great for everyone.
Joy you are a sweetheart! I am working really hard to do this, so much to do and so little time. Doing the localism pieces has given me so much knowledge regarding our fair city. It is really a pretty exciting thing to do. Now hopefully it will transfer into more real estate business.
Gayle, thank you so much! You have such a myraid of experiences adding to the wonderful person you are. I know these small businesses struggle and any help they can get from me is a blessing for me. I will add Pet Projects group. So many groups hard to see them all.
Will, it really is a great place to do business. My granddaughter just bought the cutest puppy from them, healthy and such a good puppy. Well taken care of.
