Love that you specifically call out the waterfront homes in Edgewater. That's why you are the go to agent in Edgewater.
More evidence that the market is changing. This seems to be the trend in many of the counties in MD.
Martha, wow, this is a very detailed post, filled with great information, graphs and details. I think anybody thinking about buying or selling in the Annapolis area would want to see this!
Hi Martha - I love it! Our market is also changed and with substantially less inventory the prices are inching up. It is great news for the economy and I wish the news media were trumpeting this more and more. Consumer confidence is climbing, and positive news stories can help that.
Will- Edgewater has both and is a great place to call home.
Thanks John- You are the best.
Thanks Chrsi Ann. With so much water surrounding our area it is important to recognize waterfront sales in areas outside of Annapolis.
Stacey Ann- Yes it is changing and that is such good news.
Tanja- Thank you so much. I think its important to break it down but to keep it simple. Easier to digest and see the results.
Susan- I agree. News like this needs to be broadcast further and further.
That's a significant jump in sales activity, Martha! And it's good to see! Sacramento is also experiencing reduced inventory. We have quickly turned to a seller's market. Prices are remaining stagnant for the most part.
