Good News Dos Vientos, high-end homes are finally selling again...

CNBC reported on 12/20/12 that sales of existing homes beat expectations in November.   An even bigger surprise in home sales data has been the jump in sales of high-end homes.  Sales of homes priced above $750,000 jumped 50 percent from a year ago.

Topping the list of towns for the most million dollar sales this year

(1) Beverly Hills, Ca and tied for second

(2) Aspen, Co (2)  Santa Barbara, Ca
