South City Kitchen Vinings (SCKV) presents “Summer in the Kitchen”—a limited-time-only menu of summertime flavors (in addition to the regular menu) June 21-30. The menu includes:

  • Heirloom Tomatoes & Watermelon watercress, farmer’s cheese, minted basil syrup 9
  • Crisp Pig Ear Salad mustard greens, radish, burnt orange vinaigrette 8
  • Smoked Brisket Chili boiled peanuts, cilantro, smoked cheddar, soured cream 7
  • Gulf Shrimp & Crab Ceviche ginger, local watermelon, champagne vinegar 10
  • Beer Belly Clams Sapelo Island clams, SweetWater 420, house bacon 10
  • Chilled Poached Shrimp grilled Savoy cabbage, Benedictine dressing, heirloom tomato relish 9
  • Certified Angus Beef Hot Dogstopped with fried avocado and sweet corn relish or green tomato chow-chow  or bacon-wrapped with grilled Georgia peaches; H&F roll 6
  • Lamb Burger marinated cucumber, Valbreso feta, lamb’s lettuce 15
  • Chicken Thighs vinegar potato salad, grilled summer corn, white BBQ sauce 12
  • Grilled Flatiron ranch beans, Crystal Organics arugula, smoked chili ketchup 24
  • Cedar Plank Salmon BBQ Vidalia onions, Georgia Peaches, white balsamic-sorghum vinegar 20
  • Pie Plate oatmeal, moon, fried 9
