Carla - in a way, I think this is pretty much the future. It is like a cruise ship. Cabin is small but you only come there to go to bed. And the rest of the day you are in some sort of social activity.

Hey Endre -- it's a lot more affordable then the Marina! LOL And residence at OHSU get a benefit from having the tram right there. This is very "European" in design, low-car/no-car.
