4 Comments on Is relocation a good hardship reason for a short sale approval?
Absolutely. As long as the distance to the new job they can find is greater than 50, it works like a charm. And this from someone who has already done 10 approvals this month. I deliver results 100% of the time for my Short Sale sellers.
Agree with Keving distance make a lot of things go smoother. HOWEVER its still up to the bank and if they want to play hardball or the seller made life difficult for them you may not see great results
Kevin B - thank you. I haven't seen many hardships rejected. Its all in the way they are presented. They must be the truth.
David - you are so right on it -- it is up to the bank. Some will some might not. You just never know. Nothing beats a failure but a try.
