Steamboat Real Estate is Heating Up ** Video **

Summer is here and Steamboat Springs is just a great place to live or visit during the summer. The hills are lush and great and there are more activities to spend your time it's like Disneyland in the Rockies.

The temperature is rising and so is the Steamboat real estate market. It's now a sellers market for single family homes and townhouses. At least in the $300,000 to $600,000 price ranges for properties within the Steamboat areas of, Old Town, Fish Creek and the Mountain areas

Summer is heating up and so is real estate in Steamboat Springs.

Have a great summer.

I enjoyed your video a lot. It is so great to hear that things are improving in the Steamboat Springs real estate market. Our market seems to be similar to yours.  Hoping for a good last half of this year.

Charlie... Congrats on your move and another great video report.  Good news for the Steamboat area, much like the rest of the country.  Good looking pup you have my friend. Gave you a Like on the YouTube.

Betty - As reluctant as I am to state such a change in the market, there's enough activity to say such a bold statement like it's now a sellers market. Gulp.

John - Thanks for the comment and yes, a good pup is almost the most ubiquitous thing in Steamboat.

Charlie, welcome back to PRU!!!  Love your video as always.  Sure sounds like Steamboat Springs is the place to be when selling a home.  Nice info to share with clients both buyers and sellers.

Charlie,

Glad to hear your market is "heating up." We are seeing the same kind of activity. Waterfront under $700k is moving. The higher end still sitting on the market. It is all about percieved value. To you also a fun and safe 4th!
