The Arizona Department of Real Estate has been notified by the Phoenix Police Department of the following information:
Chris Buckley's agent information is being used to set up showings, and then the suspect burglarizes the home.
So far, it appears the suspect has struck twice recently. Once in Phoenix and once in Gilbert, last week.
Phoenix Police Department is asking Realtors to confirm showings with Chris, before giving out lock box codes.
If its determined the showing was not actually set up by Chris, the agent should contact the Phoenix police department in the jurisdiction the victim lives in. Crime Stop (Phoenix PD's non-emergency #) is 602-262-6151. They will be able to help the agent get in touch with the proper police department, if needed.
