Home sales activity in Elkhorn Springs, a community in northwest Las Vegas, NV doubled in the 4th quarter of 2007. Fifteen homes closed, up eight from the 3rd quarter. For the year, a total of 45 homes were sold, down 44% from 80 in 2006.
Currently 53 homes are available (plus 6 with accepted offers), representing a nearly one-year supply which strongly favors buyers. Homes in Elkhorn Springs have easy access to the I-215 Beltway, as well as cycling, hiking, skiing and other recreational activities at Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
