What is the current student housing situation at NAU? From my research it seems that the college tries to get as many students on campus and the off campus stock is pretty substandard, would you agree?

My understanding is that on campus housing is over crowded The rental market is generally less then perfect. These are the reason the I put nauoffcampushousingin place. I wanted to offer a purchase alternative to the students and parents. With purchase the parents can potentially get some return ... ie appreciation secondhome etc ... for their tuition dollars ... and the students get a better residence for their time at NAU.
