Can You Help Me Find Homes for Sale Near Sunset Transit Center

In working with buyers I often get asked if I could target homes for sale in a specific area, school district, or other area that would make the home more appealing to my clients.

Recently a client asked for more information on homes for sale near the Sunset Transit Center.  The reason was that they are relocating to the area, don't want to drive to Downtown and would prefer to concentrate on homes for sale near the Sunset Transit Center first.

The Sunset Transit Center is a TriMet bus transit center and light rail station on the MAX Blue and Red lines in Washington County, Oregon. It is the 5th stop westbound on the Westside MAX. Wikipedia

 

Homes  for sale near the Sunset Transit Center are desirable for those commuters to Downtown Portland to the east, and the Hillsboro High-Tech corridor to the west.  

With gas and Downtown parking prices going up, it's no wonder there have been clients who have asked me to look for homes for sale near the Sunset Transit Center.
