Okay. I just have to ask...

Do you get many people at opens in the winter time?

I am curious about that :)

TLW, I have to tell you from your question on my blog...we get NO tire kickers in the winter in Michigan at Open Houses. Do we get buyers...yep, we do. Many times this is the perfect time to get one under buyer contract because they are just starting to look.

They you can have all the fun of looking for a new home with them. I just happen to have the best buyers in Ann Arbor, what can I say ;-)
