God Bless Chief Bill Lee and the Sanford Police Department

Sanford Police chief fired Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee, who drew criticism for his department's actions in the Trayvon Martin case, was fired last week.

Lee characterized his firing late Wednesday as "without cause."  In a statement, he said the department's work on the Trayvon case has been misrepresented, and he predicted that it would eventually be seen as "a proper effort to find the truth and follow the law." I trust this will indeed be the case- and that many will discover that the media's mere reporting of something doesn't make their reports true.

Now that the City of Sanford, FL has seen fit to terminate the employment of Chief Bill Lee, I eagerly await:

1. The warrant for the arrest of the New Black Panther Party's Mikhail Muhammad- as clear and convincing evidence exists showing he committed a crime in calling for the "capture" of George Zimmerman and their placing a bounty on his head

and

2. The resignation or removal of Attorney General Eric Holder for his failure to investigate the aforementioned crime within the State of Florida.

Holder's failure to hold those who make terroristic threats against our fellow citizens accountable, coupled with his refusal to accept responsibility for his hand in the December 14th, 2010 death of American hero and U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry, have rendered him unfit to serve as our nation's top law enforcement officer.

May God Bless Chief Bill Lee as he moves on to whatever He has in store for him, and may God continue to bless the honest, capable and trustworthy public servants wearing the uniform and badge of the Sanford Police Department.

Well, time will tell. So far, everything I said regarding this issue turns out to be correct.

Hi, Satar:  Thank you for stopping by, and for your comment.  I'll have to check back through everything, but I can't thing of anything I've been wrong about as of yet, either.  Zimmerman didn't do himself any favors by lying to the judge- but try this if you have a friend in law enforcement:  ask them how often thy see or hear of folks getting locked up for perjury during  bond hearing.  I'd almost guarantee your answer would be either "never" or "very, very seldom".  The fact that Lester has done so with Zimmerman's wife is a bit troubling, to say the least- and does raise a few concerns in my head as to whether my "correct" streak may end one day soon...
